If you are hosting your website with us and we are providing email services, these are the settings to use for setting up email with Outlook and other email programs.
Incoming (POP 3) Receiving mail
Username: your full email address
Password: (we will give you this)
Pop server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 110 (default)
Outgoing (SMTP) Sending mail
SMTP server: server.roi4my.com
Click the “More settings” button and make the following changes:
1) Go to the Outgoing Server tab and check the box that says “My outgoing server requires authentication and “Use same settings as my incoming server”.
2) Switch to the Advanced tab and set the Port to 465
3) Click the “Use the following type of encrypted connection” drop down and select SSL
Also on the advanced tab we encourage you to check the box that says “Leave a copy of messages on the server” and then “Remove from server after 30 days.” This way you have a copy of your email backed up for 30 days, but your mailbox doesn’t fill up and run out of space.
