  • What is the process? After we receive your order, our team will schedule the work to be done at night or whenever you say. We will make a backup of the site, update everything, check for problems, test the site functionality, then back it up again and let you know it’s done.
  • Will my website go down at all? Most likely not. The process is designed to prevent that and if for some reason anything goes wrong we will restore the backup we made and discuss options with you.
